Made With Notepad Webring

Welcome to the Made With Notepad webring. This webring was created on March 9, 2002 and is powered by RingSurf. If you have a website and are interested in joining the webring, then read the rules and fill in the join form below.

Rules
1. You must have some sort of webpage and be willing to add a simple text link to your page.

2. Of course, you should have created at least one of your pages using Notepad or an equivlent of your operating system, such as WordPad, Kate, Emacs...

3. When joining, please give me the exact URL of the page that you will place your text link on. This ring has far too many members that I am unable to update those links manually.

4. After you join, you will be taken to a page that will show you your ring code (it is also emailed to you along with your password). Put the ring code on the page you specified as soon as possible. If it's not up within 24 hours of joining, I will remove you from the queue, NO EXCEPTIONS!! You can always join again.

5. I do random code checks. This is how I handle them:

If your site is fine and has the link up, you are kept in the ring.
If your site doesn't have the ring code, you are mailed the code and given one week to put it up. If it's not up by that time, then you're removed from the ring entirely.
If your site doesn't work, then you are put in the ring queue for two weeks or until your site is back up. If it's not working within the time limit, then you're removed from the ring entirely.

6. Last but not least, be a responsible member. Keep your information current (including email address - I'll remove anyone with an invalid email address regardless if their site is up and has a ring code) and display the ring code at all times including hiatus.
